If you go Live5, the saturtor Fx is damn good... Other than that I haven't found one, though I haven't searched that hard
Hope that helps,

Freeware or payware?
For freebies check out : ColdFire Distbit, Luxonix LFX-1310 & Noiseware Tridirt
Payware: Izotope Trash

Trash is the best sounding distortion plugin! I own much tube gear (fender, mesa boogie, laney, marshall, vox, ...). Much better than Amplitube or Line6 stuff! Guitar Rig is cool for live gigs, but trash sounds better.

FuzzPlus2

its free. emulates a fuzz pedal, does a good job at that.
for real crunch and wild distortion FX i use iZotope Trash. i can make triggered drum samples sound like industrial guitar leads with Trash.
here's an example of just that exact technique using Trash:

Another vote for the FuzzPlus2. It is free and does a very good job for modelling medium to light dist.
