midi trigger stop all clips, sends play command

i have midi note c10 assigned to stop all clips.. if i hit that key on the keyboard while live is in not playing it starts the play head. yet if i CLICK on the stip clips button with my mouse it does not do this action. So there is a mismatch in what is happeneing. I preffer the fact that stop clips does not play anything, it just stops clips.
