Can i insert a previously saved project into my current project?

No. You can copy-paste, but it is a bit painful since you have to open-close-open-.. etc

Go to the folder that holds your Live Sets from within the Live browser.
Drag, drop.

if you're in 5 just drag the session you want to import from the browser into the empty space in session view to the right of any audio tarcks you have up.....it says "drop files here" on it. If you can't see it, scroll right until you can......

hey guys thanks for the reply.. i forgot to add that im using arrangement view! I tried drag & drop but it's not copying the set.

Only works in session view.
Just drag your clips over to session view, them straight to the browser.

hah, what about effects, settings and things like that?
you cant throw the whole audio track with all clips and effects......

it's all in the manual folks
