Closing b8 leaves processor @ 100% with Pluggo

Sigh. Anyone else have this problem with the latest beta?
When I close Live, it disappears, but is still active in task manager using 100% of my processor. I've left it for 10 minutes hoping it would burn itself out, but it didnt, so now I have to manually kill it each time I close Live.
If I try to shutdown windows, it says "Maxplug" is not responding. Maxplug is the DLL used by pluggo to run nice VST's like Hydratone. As soon as I remove pluggo, Live closes properly. I've got the latest version of Pluggo 3.5.2 I believe...
When starting Live again, it doesn't give me the message saying its generated a bug file, so perhaps it 'thinks' it shut down properly?
