Reason 3.0.4 and exporting

Hello Ableton People, thought they'd sorted this one out, or maybe it's me!! Been exporting loops from Reason to Live 5.0.2 and the first kick drum hit is muffled (not as clear as the others). Is there a work around for this?? Oh, and it also does it if you record the clip in the arrange view when you play it back. Hmmm, annoying!! Best regards, Rich C.
