Best Ableton 5 Book for a Novice of Ableton?

Hi,

What are the best books\dvds for Ableton Live v5? I know my way around Reason (been using it since v1) and a PC in general with some experience in VST and music production in general so I wouldn't save I'm a novice in music production...

Anyway so I would ideally like a book that explains how to get the best from ableton mainly for DJing and performing live shows but of course I need to know my way around the sequencer etc to add MIDI layers to wav's.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
