No audio drivers available?

Hi, Everytime I launch Live 2.1 Digidesign edition, I keep getting a message saying that the audio engine is disabled and to choose one. However when I go to enable an audio device, nothing is selectable. This is really strange. I'm running a Digi 002 rack through the system if that information is worth anything.
If anyone has heard of this issue, any feedback would be appreciated.
