Live 5 has been running smooth for me until today. I booted up the comp, loaded live as usual.. But there's one major problem.. live is not recognizing the tracks in the projects and is examining the files as if they were new. I did not change anything since the last use. Any suggestions?

Try using the disc utility to repair permissions and use something like discwarrior to repair the disc. let us know how it works out.

Hint: You need to explain what type of computer so we can make some recommendations.

possibly the daylights saving time switch bug refered to in a recent bugs and problems post--trash your prefs file seems to be the answer...

think so, see

basically, I think you'll lose your default template set and maybe some folder defaults, but better than a reinstall or whatever
