preview MIDI clips

Is it possible to preview MIDI clips in the browser through a given MIDI track/instrument?
In other words, I have a drum kit loaded up (Battery) in a MIDI track, I'd like to be able to browse through the various MIDI drum clips I have, played through Battery, but as it is, they are just played through some strange, generic-sounding MIDI tone.
