i bought live 5 and when i open it and put the serial number i get a challenge code but i have to unlock offline and the unlock key i get never works and i make sure i type it in correct the problem is usually the final box it gets red sometimes it'll just say it looks like a unlock key for another computer please help

The red box is the one that is wrong, that could help... Just make sure again that you type capital letters as capitals etc... Then if really it does not work drop a mail to [email protected] , they'll sort it out.
