Assigning Midi Keys to Clip Properties View

Is it possible to assign midi keys to particular clips in the session view without making them play the clip so that it just shows the properties for that clip... just like you would see if you clicked it with your mouse - you would see the clip display with the warp markers you've assigned etc?
Also, is there a way to scroll through the clip displays / properties in the session view by assigning midi buttons to go up, down, left & right?
Im prob being dumb

one dumb question a day is your limit.
Hit the MIDI button, anything that shows up purple can be assigned.
To see a track assign a button to the top of a track, where its name is. If I remember right I had to tweak my BCR to send cc value of 127 for on and off, in other words the track view only pops up when it gets a value of 127, so if your button sends 0 then 127, you have to hit the button twice to see the track. Tweak your button so it sends 127 for off and 127 for on.
To scroll through clips etc..
- Pop up the help window (lower left corner)
- now hover over all the little buttons below the scene listings along the right side of the window. One button is for scroll up, another for scroll down, another for scroll up/down etc. They're all there.

Thanks for your reply... ive a few more questions though.

if i click the top button where the name is it only shows me the properties for the track eg plugins, eq etc etc.
What I want to be able to do is click on a clip via midi, say clip 1 in track 1 and see the wav display of the sample. I can do this via mouse by just clicking on the sample but I cannot click the clip via midi to show the wav display.

again scrolling up and down with these buttons do not allow me to scroll up and down the wav views of the samples...
any other suggestions?
