really annoying BUG!

i've found out one more bug which makes L5 almost useless for me to play my live gigs. i used this trick quite a lot...
put any file into clip. make a very small loop section. try to move around loop section and you can visually see (not to mention the sound) how start position is always delayed to your movements.
this "function" works flawlessly in L4.
