asio recording in live

hi
i am using kx drivers for my soundblaster live platinum(wouldnt trade it for the world) and am having a problem recording.
i have it setup so that my drumtracks get sent to a compressor on my onboard dsp and back into live but when i play back a recording all of the fx that i used on my soundblaster's dsp chip is not recorded.
