Live 5 stuck in Task Manager/Processes

Sorry if this has been posted before, couldn't find any topic though.
I have experienced that when I close Live, it still appears in the Processes of the Task Manager. The result of this problem makes my computer slow down to a point of frozing completely if it leave it for a certain time. I really need to kill that process each time I leave Live.
Any advises?

Hi Pheek,
can you let me know a bit more about your used computer, audio and MIDI hardware?
And which version of Live do you use?
regards,
/Alex

Hi Pheek,
does it makes a difference if you temporarily switch to "No-Audio" and temporarily switch off all MIDI in and outputs within Live's preferences.. and close Live then?

Alex,
I did various tests but nothing concluding. It seems it tends to stall in the Proccess windows when my MIDI controller (Novation, USB) is used. But then again, it doesn't do it all the time. I used live many times today and 3 times out of 5, it seems the midi stalled it but 2 other times, it was in the memory without the midi being activated.
thanks.
