MP3 not full loaded !

well I use ableton to mix...
but sometimes when I load an mp3 in ableton not the entire track is loaded...
sometimes it's just 20 seconds but with one track I had it 3 minutes not loaded...
well no way to work with that and I'm not the kinda guy who will pick a different song...
If I need this one for the flow it must be that one...
any helps ???

used the search but didn't find any resulst, I did find that that some mp3's are loaded with to much time but I seem to have the opposite
