Still No Hoodie

Has anyone else recieved their hoodies in the US recently? "Santa" (my mom) bought me one a month ago and I still haven't recieved it!?
In case any abes see this, I would be more than happy to pm you the order number.

This is what I was told.
In the meantime we have been notified by the shipping agency that one palette of our delivery to the US disappeared without trace. I know that it must sound like a cheap excuse, but this really is the sad truth. Please excuse that we didn't notify you about this earlier.
We shipped a substitutional delivery of Sweatshirts and nerdbags shortly before Christmas. These will arrive in the US and be shipped in the next few days and you should have it in 1 - 2 weeks.
We are very sorry about the delayed delivery of your order; the shipment obviously had no morning star to show the way to our US warehouse.

yeah thanks for that -- they never informed me either, although they DID say that my order probably wouldn't make it by christmas...
must be Ableton fans down at the docks lol
