Latency compensation on midi clock seems not working in 5.03

so this is my setup :
m-audio quattro midi in/out ----> micromodular editing midi in/out
edirol PCR 80 midi out ----> micromodular midi in
micromod audio out ----> m-audio quattro audio in
win XP/centrino 1.5/512 Mo ram
so Live sends a midi clock to the modular when i record a rythmic patch from the modular ( sync by ext midi clock )
i have got a latency ~ 35 ms
before i could compensate it with the latency setup in the midi clock setting
but now it seems doesn't work
i change the latency midi clock timing to -35ms but when i record again the pattern, it's still translated by 35ms
did i make somethings wrong ? ( btw it worked in 4.1 )
