serious question

hi there
tried today to make a new live set. in saving as self contained . it said again datei kann loop xy nicht kopieren. then all samples are offline even if i remove the sample which cannot be copied. whats wrong? that never happened before.
i didnt change anything in my setup.
tibook 667, OS 9.2., Live 2.01, nothing else
i would appreciate any help to solve this problem....
