Its in my mid to mid-low tonal range, I may be able to post a short .wav
someplace where folks could listen to it for me.I could surely use outside
thoughts on the matter.
my e-mail address is
[email protected]. I have had some success in spots at e-mailing music files, if they're short, they usually go.

for alot of sounds the warp function works great, but for some frequenciesi find it creates some weirdness.. try turning off the warp function for the loop just to test and see if it eliminates the oscilating sound you hear?

try fiddlin' with the warp settings. some warp modes work a lot better for some stuff than others.

In many cases, I find the different warp modes can't suppress this sound oscillation. On some clips, I've tried the 3 warp modes, playing around with the settings. some sound better than others, but I couldn't get a 'perfect' result

Yes..thanks to all who have responded..I had wondered if a fresh install
or something major might cure it, I doubt it as lovely as the whole installation appears. I do not want to find myself hoping some "bug" or glitch exists in Live, unless it was in just some installations, say like mine and the few who have spoken up and say one in 40 installs, average, for some god-only-knows reason. That would be nice.To establish something. I have written about it but no acknowledgement of the problem has been given. I would do the same, unless a difference could be made. As great as Live is and for the $, too, I shant complain, but progress, or the hope of, will cause me to act, in efforts of improving things. In my letter(one of them)to Live about this, I said "when you do to a sound those things,
side effects are inevitable", which I still believe.
But bottom line ..THANKS to all who have posted and all who will
