Most probably Marathon.

marathon makes the rails holding the mac's inplace, but any idea of the company that makes that whole white rack case?

any case company can make them. Although, they are pretty freakin' expensive.

those "floating" rack designs are used by most touring companies that do sound for concerts and what not.

Odyssey and Cadence are 2 companies you can check out. Either one of them will custom make cases for you, but again it is really expensive!!
