Latency of USB Interfaces?

I've noticed a lot of people are using the Roland/Edirol Audio interfaces, what kind of latency do these things have? or other USB-Audio interfaces for that matter.

I use the iMic and have no noticable latency on a G4QS with the Asio drivers.
