ASIO4all is windows only; mac uses coreaudio. What type of signal routing are you specifically hoping to achieve?

Correct - there's no need for ASIO4ALL on MacOSX systems since Core Audio is inbuilt and provides low latency operation.

Besides MIDI drivers for your hardware, Core MIDI has Inter Application MIDI, and Network MIDI to hook up other computers. there really isn't any need for AISO For All. MIDI is one of the mac strong points, always has been.
