[OT] RIP Coretta Scott King

Post by djadonis206 » Tue Jan 31, 2006 4:58 pm

Well another door closes, yet another one opens

Just a reminder some people worked really hard in life just so we can be were we are today.

Alot of problems around the world but we got problems still at home - those cops in St. Louis beat up that black man pretty bad...shared the same headlines as CSK's death

I think as musicians, DJ's and entertainers we can make a difference...we are making a difference - people need music

anywayz - just thought I'd throw a shout out to CSK

RIP

respect.........she has done so much for the civil rights movement. She wasn't just Dr. King's wife. She stood side by side with him in the battle against inequalities and injustices in the country. R.I.P.

The Kings may be gone. but there's so much to thank them for. It's up to us to pick up the torch and carry on their work, cause it's by no means finished.

RIP
