I would like to see:

Envelopes created based on the waveform analysis.
An envelope pallet, commonly used envelopes that can be dragged on to samples and then stretched to fit.
An envelope draw mode that isn't based on the grid.
Multi colored envelopes so you can view more than one at a time on a clip

on another note, I would like to be able to open multiple projects at once, and drag tracks to and from.

also, dual monitor support. I would love to have the mixer view and sequencer view open at the same time.

Hell yes, that's a definite requirement for Live to be considered as a 'Pro DAW' in my books... the interface as a multi-tracker is just too slow for me to really embrace it at the moment...

I figured out a pretty good way to get a pallet of commonly used envelopes. If you make a blank midi file with all your commonly used envelopes, then save it in a set self contained it retains the envelope data.

Hey weepsta, great idea... do you have a copy of your envelope clip file to share? I'm too lazy to make my own
