Liveset gone bye bye..

I've sent a support request already to Ableton about this one but.. I'll give the forums a shot aswell..
Performed a live PA last saturday hooked as a midi-slave to my friends MacBook. Dualboot system, one windows xp pro sp2 with lot's of crap on it used for composing and one winxpprosp2 with nothing else than Live 5.0.3, FL Studio 6.x, Jeskola Buzz and the gfx/soundcarddrivers installed.
Preparations where made and the set was saved as a selfcontained set called 011.als and stored on both my C:\ drive (dualboot config2) in a folder called "sets" and then copied to my D:\ (used on both configs) drive on my laptop (totally different structure on the folders).
When the liveset was performed and complete I saved the recorded set as 011-live.als, ofcourse it's not selfcontained anymore..
The 011-live.als ended up at a whopping 47mbs (impossible according to the ableton support
) and the only way to LOAD the set without Live crashing without an errormessage is to either load it in my first config (where C:\ doesn't contain the samples) or by just renaming the 011 Selfcontained-folder and then saying NO to scanning for the missing samples. I can then see that the whole sequencerinformation is present. I can begin replacing the samples but get somewhere 50% into the set and then run out of memory (even though about 500mb of mem is still free). Then Live crashes. If I just load the set straight up it crashes after 15mins of loading and 1.2-1.7GB of mem gets hogged.
Has ANYONE had any of these problems?
probably not. but any tips wanted!
I have already tried resaving the set, still 47mb big and same problem. I have tried to open the file and the copy all of the sequenceinformation to another Livewindows, this results in a crash after 15mins of memincreasing nothing..
so.. HELP ME! My friends set works perfectly btw.. =(
never ever doing a performance without recording the mixeroutput aswell from now on!
