hey all-

so i had a whole fuzzy bunch of wonderful VSTs going and then i went and updated to tiger 10.4.4 and as far as i remember- all them plugins still worked...

i went to load an older set and pitchscraper didnt load up...i didnt freak out cause occasionally i will try and launch a VST and Live will say it isnt available and then i reboot and everthing is fine..

not so this time...so i tired to rescan my plugin folder and i a few other ones appeared...tried recopying the plugz into the library restarted, ...reboot Live and got even less plugins! tried rescanning my plug in folder and even less!

wth? anyone had a problem like this? i mean i still have em all in the plugin folder and peak recognized them.......

huh.. any help would be g reatly appreciated.

thanks

hmm... this is 4 mac os tiger not windoze (?)

i wish i could help u more, but i've decided to wait before updating to tiger anticipating that this sorta thing would happen.

however, sometimes i found that some plugs dont like being in subfolders inside the VST directory... and sometimes they would not appear unless they were in a directory!!!

so my guess is try moving them around... i had that problem with some of the refx plugs and this solved it.

no i mean putting them inside a subfolder inside the system vst plugin folder.
i didnt think of moving them to the user vst folder, but that might work...
