i'm trying to use Live as an FX sequencer without recording, so when i go to another scene, i want to have automatically another set of FX.
Is this possible in the Live 5 version, and if so, how?

Yeah. It's possible. But you are going to have to experiment with Dummy clips a bit.
Because it takes a bit of learning to understand fully how it works.
I whipped up this little example http://users.telenet.be/Vayner/Dummy%20 ... xample.zip
Send audio to track 1
It will send the audio to track 2
Track 2 has 4 clips that will send the audio to 4 different send tracks
Those are the tracks with different effects. (although you could route the audio back to a regular audio track)

If you're a quick learner. Then just look at the clip automation in the clips of track 2.
