i just completed my most ambitious arrangement in live so far which is a remix for forthcoming release. anyhow, i rendered it to disk but decided there were a couple of things that i needed to tweak. when i tried to open the file again, it instantly quit / crashed and i got the standard os x error message - 'the application has unexpectedly quit, the system has not been affected'. i have tried every possible way to open the file to no avail. all my other abelton files open just fine and this is the only problem i have ever had. can you think of any solution?

It seems that for some reason your document is corrupted. This happens more or less rarely on the mac but it can affect all types of documents, files etc. while saving them. Most often this happens when a program crashes while performing another task... If you wish, mail me the file
(-> [email protected]) and i´ll check if it´s "totally" unusable or if there´s something which can be recovered.
