Kontakt 2 AU + Live Big Problems

Just been trying out my new sampler
I don't know whether this is a Kontakt2 issue (I know it is buggy as phuck) or Live. I am going to play around in Cubase and test it some more but anyway ...
Here is the problem
I have 4 maybe 5 clips playing in my set.10 -15% Cpu
Load kontakt 2 everything is fine until I try to play it.
It seems as though kontakt is getting interupted by live clips.
Notes get cut off as you are playing and lives disk activity flashes Red at me, So I cannot use it and play back my small set simultaneously.If I stop Live I can play fine.
I use an external drive for audio and have never had these problems.
So if anyone uses kontakt2 AU or if ableton could give me some advice.
I just want to know if its a live issue (Quite alot of plugs have prolems inside Live)
I think they should both be able to play together without problems
If anyone else can check it out
