Editing Multi Track Audio Instruments w/ warping

hi there,
i have the following problem:
if i have lets say four audio tracks activated to record live drums into ableton live.
after recording the music i may want to edit some of it, maybe the bassdrum was late on a beat - how can i create warp markers, that affect all of those tracks, so i can edit all tracks properly?
in the manual it is suggested to create the warp markers for one track (f.e. track 1), then copy that warped sample clip for the other used clips (in this case tracks 2,3,4...) and then replace the original sample with all the other samples, meaning the ones from tracks 2,3,4...
it doesn`t`work,
if i just drag the yet unwarped samples (2,3,4) in the warped track (1), the warp markers will be gone (not copied) and the sample will be simply replaced,
if i use the "replace" button, yes, it will copy the warp markers, but it will replace the sample in all tracks, even in the original track 1.., so i have always only one track edited..
can anybody give me advice how to make use of these warping features - it must be possible, just like in logic, to edit a multitrack instrument like live drums..., PLEASE...
Thanx, BT
