I finally figured it out!

I finally sat down to see IF i could actually figure out why my tracks were tweaked in Ableton and in no other program i work with.. And Ive come to the conclusion..
Its the god damn automation on tracks that causes all these spikes and drop outs and this and that. Even happens with Ableton effects only.. But i think it really has something to do with with sub groups.
Large track count songs (20+) with automation on one channel thats sub grouped into one channel with 2 other track (so a total of 3 tracks sub grouped to one track) will cause heavy glitches and spikes. I noticed it started happening when i would add some delay on the end of a track right before it was punched out. And that track was automated and in a group. Took the automation out. Stopped happening..
No fuckin wonder this shits been happening to me ON EVERY fucking song i create on Ableton. Fuckin sub groups and automation are buggy! Of course!
