I just discovered in one of my Live sets that the track delay had no effect, then I noticed the number entry field was grey instead of white.

Anyone know what's up with this? Thanks.

Turn on 'plug-in delay compensation' in the options menu. Make sure the option is ticked.

Without PDC turned on the track delay doesn't work.

Which is, of course, rather daft. But there you go

turning it off frees up cpu, if you don't need it why waste cpu?

Yes, I know, but I didn't mean that. Sorry I wasn't very clear.

I meant that it is disappointing not to be able to use track delay settings without turning on PDC.

Wouldn't it be nice to alter the groove slightly without having to manually slide clips along in the arrange window.
