After Rec a clip sometimes the clip don't play!! :evil:
Can someone confirme this ?

Hi ByPass,

there was a related bug in version 2.0.2 when recording in the Session view.

Which version of Live and which system (MAC, PC) of you're using?
So you record a clip and then you fire the clip but it doesn't play at all or just for the first time?

I use 2.0.3 version. And after recording the clip don't mlay,at all. To heard it i have just to move it in another free clip in the same track. I know ti was a 2.0.2 's version bug

so far I cannot reproduce it but I don't know exactly what you do so please give me step by step instructions.

Are you recording in session or in arranger?
What is your quantisation setting?
What is the record source ("Live In", "Master", "ReWire",...)
How do you start recording? (using mouse click, MIDI or KEY?)
If you play the clip, is it not playing or is playing (you can see it in the warper view) but no sound comes out?

You said it happens sometimes but not always, right?

I recording in SESSION.
Quantisation : BAR
Source : LIVE IN and MASTER (i don't use Rewire)
Sart recording ?: KEY (assigne note on/off)
If i play clip it play with no sound: ( I can see it in the warper view)

Yes it's appens sometimes not alaways I've notice too that it don't play (sometimes after using Undo key)*

As i Said sometimes after recording (MIDI Keyboards not on/off) a clip it don't play.
So here is what i do in Live cituation:

Sart Live with TaP Tempo:
(I use an On/Off controlleur to recording and play a clip).
So Live play (i have a click in a HeadPhone).
I rec a one clip and 2 and 3 etc...
LIVE always runnig
So when i don't whant the last clip i delete it with ""delete" in my PC keyboards when Live running.
I record another one.
And Sometimes this clip don't play.


I' ve notice too that when i use "UNDO" to delete all the clip(one after one, sometimes the next clip recorded don't play.
You can try it. It play when you move it in a free clip in the same track.

TAP TEMPO is not precise in MIDI ( I use note on/off too).After the 4 impulse Live start before.Try it too.
In france SCV Audio (hotline) said that this is a bug since the Live update2.0

I' ve installed Live 2.0.3 in another PC . and i can confirm that the PB is the same.

So :
Rec a clip / Undo rec a clip when Live is running / rec another one and u'll can see that sometimes this clip don't want to play( move it in another free space or track and u'll heard it).
