top of the morning, Killester massive. Not keen on gigs but interested in swapping tips on studio setups, synths and work methods. Using Live 5 for few months and before that hardware sequencers, mainly into electro, jacking chicago house and proper detroit stuff. How do you eat yours?

Hey again.

Im also into mostly electro. Im using Live a while and recently getting into Reason. I still consider myself a beginner, maybe just about getting into more intermediate territiry.. but yeah, its great fun.

I wonder will there be more Dublin based Ableton heads popping in? :) Maybe they're hiding.

Well, it's only been here a couple of days old, innit?

Hey lads, I'm Liam aka Lmd64, been producing for the last 10 years, gigging for the last 3 and using Live fulltime since late last summer. I'm in Stoneybatter in the city centre. I do funky/jazzy house festooned with samples on the laptop with a microKorg, using Live for both gigs and production.
Have mucked around with other hardware in the past, lots of it, including the Yamaha RM1x, CS1x and assorted drum machines, sound modules and FX boxes.

Have lots of tracks up on the soundclick site, as well as my own site. Taste and enjoy!

howdy,

Clonliffe road coming atcha: http://www.i-am-an-exit.com/ and http://www.chymera.org/

I use Live for sequencing and sampling, and external synths for a lot of the sound generation (currently using an access virus and an oberheim matrix 1000)

All kinds of nice techno.

did indeed, he played an amazing set, hadn't seen him play before. dragged a load of mates to his ep launch the next night in the Sugar Club, it went really well too.

you got a website/mp3s online yourself?

My great granda used to live there.

I'd love to know when something is happening in Dublin, it'd give me another reason to get the Ryanair more than just Bewleys of course hehe!
