Hi,
As for now, if you unfold the set from the browser in Live, you will find every clip as individual and can use it in another set by dragging it. Sorry if you know that already.
Maybe you were asking that to use the midi clips in other programs ?
Cheers,

Hi,
I just had a look, and when I unfold a set that contains MIDI tracks, in Live's browser, I can see those MIDI tracks, and I can unfold those and see the clips.
If I drag them to empty space, they will create a track with the device that was used in the MIDI track when the set was saved. But is you drag them in an existing MIDI track that already contains an instrument, only the MIDI clip is created.
Am I clear ? Do you see those ? Hope the helps....

i see, well i have been looking for the midiclips in the folder with the audioclips. then maybe ableton could make a folder within the "songname"sounds folder that contained the midiclips. so the midifiles would be available when browsing with other programs, and not only with Live.
thanks for you reply anyway...
