I was thinking more about the creative side. I'm trying to get different points of view to come up with stuff.

ill put up a groove and play notes and write words to it then either keep the groove or add a different one.
or i will work on a production then add vocals afterwards.
been meddling with writing a production at the same time as the vocal though.

ahhh... now it's clearer.
in my case usually either song and vocals develope together or the song was there before and then 'working' vocals into it. but i know that a lot of people doing it oposite... first having vox / lyrics and then developing the song.

i do the vocals usually last on all my tracks .. and i do em myself .. usually poorly ... but screaming into the mic is par for the course in my genre.

build a vocal booth in your studio, and find strippers who say they can sing.
some actually have some talent and their own songs.
if you're going to do this, you should have a decent studio, buy a decent condenser mic, and be able to make music.
just a thought

you'll also need at least an 8-ball of cocaine and some condoms.
