1 beat loop glitches every 4 beats

hi,

i've this very strange problem.

i have a simple kickdrum loop. it's 1 beat long. i loop it, and every 4 beats i hear it glitching. the audio it plays is the same everytime, so it's not my sample that's causing it.

i am using some fx over it, but when i mute them it's still there
the same problem occurs on more tracks, but this is the most obvious example.

i changed the warp mode (to beats 1/4,1/8 , complex) nothing works. throwing out all effects, no luck.

my cpu level is up at 55%, but that shouldn't be a problem.
i am running live 5 on a decent setup wich works without any hickups in any other audio soft (ath64 3500+, 1gig, sata drives, asus a8v board, rme hammerfall audio interface)

what is going on here?! i'd really like to know, since these kinds of things shouldn't happen in a program that is based on looping audio, should they? :?

thanks for the advice.

i have the same problem with simple midi loops and simple audio loops.
that glitch, usually on the one beat every few repitions drives me nuts.
i also have an ample setup.

let me know if you figure out anything please.

hi folks, do you check the "launch mode"?...try "trigger" instead of "repeat"
check also preferences/ default

well i found out what was wrong: it was my soundcard's buffer setting..
i had to set it to max latency (3.6 SECONDS  ) to make it run nicely..
very weird that it glitches every 4 beats, still. it definitely must be coming from out the software.. maybe there's some very intense cpu usage every bar..

anyway, this fixed it. maybe it helps for you all..
i didn't check that lauch mode thing btw.. maybe that helps too :)
