Tracks added while recording do not record when armed

I´m using Live 5.0.3 to record a free jazz, using midi tracks for virtual instruments and audio tracks to samples and a guitar playing live.
I choose Ableton Live, because While we play, the music flow to some places where sometimes I need to add some audio or midi tracks, whithout stop the recording. And Live, is the only software I know that add tracks, effects, instruments, and other stuff without stop the recording, whitout stop the clips launched, without pops.
The process is:
1. to create a track to the guitar
2. to create a track for a virtual instruments, a simpler, for exemple.
3. to create some tracks for beat loops, and to load some samples.
4. to press record and play buttons, and start to play.
Now, lets say that I recorded a clip from the guitar, on guitar track, and now I will launch this clip in loop mode. Everything is being recorded, and we are happy. But now, while this clip on guitar track is being played, I need to add another audio track for the guitarist to play other ideas. Ok, I create the track, but when I press the arm button, the audio is not recorded.
I do not use direct monitoring, so I just can hear the guitar when the arm button is pressed. And in this situations (when I insert a track while recording), I press the arm button and I can hear the sound. But the sound is not being recorded.
I don´t know what is going on. I look for some help on Live Manual, and in this forum, but until now, I got nothing. So, I will apreciate some help.
Thanx!
