WinXP Live5.2b7 - Frozen MIDI KLC1 - 1st repeat, no 1st note

Howdy Abletons,
I've a long term problem with Live5's Freeze function in Session view.
This problem has persisted since Livde 5.01
I've avoided mentioning it because it's so obvious and I felt it would be sorted long ago but, alas, no ...
<insert I STILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVE message of support here>
A MIDI VSTi clip once frozen, on first repeatition of playback, first notes are not audible ...
Yes a weird one ...
Predominantly I use Korg Legacy Collection instruments (KLC1 - Legacy Cell, MS20, Polysix) - latest version of course!
For instance if I program a bassline in session view using Korg's Legacy Cell, I WILL want to freeze (since it's CPU hungry but good sounding plugins are CPU hungry!). Upon doing so, the first note of the bass riff is not heard on looped playback .... the 2nd reptition onward there's no problem at all .,. It's just the first note that's missed. Fine for song writing sessions at home but totally screwed for live performances of course.
Another example, a pad sound programmed on a VSTi ..... A chord (where all notes are played on the exact same quantise point) once frozen, on playback the first chord will not play on the 1st repeat however wlll on all subsequent repeats ..
If you want me to send in an example ALS file and a recording of resulting playback just let me know.
This is repeatable in any project I create in Live since version 5.,01
As much as I absolutely love Live's Session view, it's disappointing to find this is still an issue since 5.01 through to the current beta (5.2b7).
I'm seriously looking forward to this being fixed as it makes the Freeze function in session view more of a novelty rather than something useable.
Please don't finish the beta period until this achille's heel of Live 5 is finally fixed!!!
Cheers and astral love and suchlike .,....
