Umm, Full Screen?

Sorry for my absolutely remedial question, but I went to full screen mode (i.e. no top Menus) and I cant figure out how to get back the normal view. How do I go back?
just press f11
or the little arrow on the right-bottom of your screen. with your mousepointer that is.
