WE NEED 2 mixer mode. ONE large and ONE small like in live 5

What about having 2 mixer mode. One that would be large so that you can
do precise mixing even with the mouse and also being able to see precise metering. Might take place but the mixer is fucking important at the mix stage.
It sad when you have so much empty space but not being able to have a larger mixer.

yeah, how about the option to break out the mixer so it's its own free-standing window?

That could do it at least if you would be able to make the mixer twice the size.

Yes, i really want this. Mixing a track accurately in Live is a real pain. Also the posbility to put in the channel db in numeric keys in a breakoint envelope is a must for me to get a mix the way I want it. That is the only thing that (almost) makes me go back to Cubase...

The same concept is also important for the Piano Roll to do precise MIDI editing - the window is currently way to small. It would be great to be able to maximize this view.
Or - what I think might work best without adding floating windows to the program is to just add two more tab pages - so you would have Session view, Arrange view, Mixing/Metering view, MIDI Editing/Piano Roll view
