I am axually born a guitarist.. but I thought I would have a go on the piano..

it is just a sketch... and I haven't quite figured out what to do to make the sound sound higher when I export...
it sounds okay when I burn it on a CD... but on the computer it is very low..
I wonder why or what I am doing wrong...??? I have tried compressing..

Is it just piano and pad? and whats the reverb?

Is this all Live 5 only?

just piano.. or rather a lousy Keyboard 49E with N.I Akoustik Piano (superb appl.) and too much reverb... I shall try and hold back on that... but it feels so great to have lots of reverb on when your heartbroken playing the piano late late late at night thinking of HER.. : )

I am going to work some more this weekend on the track..

yes Live 5.0.3 to be precise...

Hi - afraid not... im still on the live 5 demo, as i think its fab, but i have real problems with the warp markers...

I have come from Acid and want to switch to live, but my audio files (not acidized so they are straight forward loops etc) seem to loop weirdly in Live 5?

Also when i set up my loop brace on loops and samples the warp markers fall into the wrong place, and i cant always change them ?

not sure what im doing wrong as my warp markers will fall evenly in a loop but towards the end get all bunched up thus throwing the timing out?

Gotta say though, your ambient stuff is very Eno, and to say that you did it all in live, means that the Midi must be pretty cool.. Did you use the Live Reverb?

the reverb is the one that came with my Apple... AU Matrix Reverb

let me know when youve finished this track into a 2 hour meandering piano piece with reverb - i think the chords and sounds are gorgeous as they are..

axually I was going to send it to HER, the girl it is for.. but I don't think I will be ready before Easter..
however.. I think I will send her the track as it is now.... as a "teaser", so she will be wanting more from where that is coming from.

I like it when it is clean.. but I would like to add some rhythm to it... you know... like múm... but the pianoplaying is so emotional so there's no axual beat to it...

is it quantized or played live into the midi of Live 5?
