Scan for noting......

I've got some VST Plug-Ins installed in my Mac os x VST folder, but they just don't show in Live, I set the path OS X Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST folder, and hit re-scan, than, nothing showed up in live plug-in, 
I've been using live on PC for a long time, I'm sure that I did every step correctlly, but just don't see any VST, they do appear in the OS X Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST folde, but not in live, 
could someon help me please. 
My System
IMac Intel core duo MAC OS x 10.4.5
Live 5.2b8
Plug-ins installed: Absynth3 & Korg Legacy
M-Audio Firewire Audiophile
