everything i resample is late.
i've done the latency setup.
it makes not difference.

everything is late.

upsetting.

especially when i have to constantly resample everything because
it starts crapping out when the cpu goes above 50 (osx reports it using
much much more)...

guess i'll have to drop 3000 on a macbook or something, cuz this will
never hold up in a live situation...

it's all just wave files too, with one reverb and a limiter on the master.
not even 20 tracks worth.

sigh

Hello Gomi,

Is it any different from other Live versions to you ?
Are the tracks you try to resample late in other versions of Live ?

How is your monitor setting on the track that resamples ? Does it make a difference if it's on or off ?

Regards,

Amaury

i didn't really notice it before because this is the first time i've gotten
to the point that i have to resample to keep going.

i have tried it with monitor on and off it makes no difference.

the way i am resampling is on a scene by scene basis, this might
be the cause?

i arm a scene, and i am using the internal iac bus to trigger then next scene
after the appropriate number of bars.. etc..

so i arm a scene and then hit record and start the first scene with the
tracks i need to "bounce" and the scenes play in order as normal
while the the new tracks gets it's scenes automatically filled
with the "bounced" resampled audio.

if there was a way to do such a resample not in realtime, that would
be really great. a scene bounce. i'll make screen shots later, i'm tired
and i just spent too much time manually fixing all the clips.
