midi clip in 5.2b9 something interesting...

I loaded a set into Live 5.2b9 and started playing scenes. In a 'main scene', there were a few midi clips. One of the clips 'hiccupped' slighty, losing time: 4 or five long notes arranged in more or less a chord, being 1/16 arpeggiated. Ok, just as well, there was a bit of overlap in the notes that I didn't like, so I adjusted this, but it still missed at that beat.
This set played fine, perfectly in time, previously. I find that most of my problems with MIDI glitches occur when many notes are playing imultaneously, there were only a few notes playing in this case. So I look at the area in the clip where that overlap occurred, a couple of notes are on top of each other, I move the topmost note to where I think it will sound better, and also to see if this helps. It does not. I delete the top note, this fixes it. I put the top note back in where I had deleted it from, it's fine.
Is maybe the tiny pencil in 5.2b9 a different weight lead?
