Rob Papen Blue 1.5 - Phase Question

I am having some trouble with detuning oscillators in Blue 1.5. When ever there are two oscillators "one with Saw at +5 cents and one with Saw at -5 cents.", they always restart on incomming midi gate, instead of being free-running "ie they don't restart on new notes." You can hear this effect when you try to detune oscillators. They have that nasty beginning and makes BLUE unusable in my studio currently.
Any ideas on how to get Blue 1.5 to use free running oscillators?
