i have had 2 seperate problems dragging clips in live 5.2
one is i can only drag some clips to a certain length and they stop
the other is i was trying to drag a kick loop longer and it did not continue the notes but rather just drug out long empty space
not a big deal but am curious why.

what i am talking about is in session if you have a small clip you can drag it out longer instead of copy and paste

turn on loop for the clip.

Hi Shane,

I don't really understand your statement: what does mean "drag some clips to a certain length" ? Can you give me a step by step description of what you're doing ?

timothy the loop was in fact turned off on one clip thanks

and on the other clip i can not reproduce the issue again

amaury thanks for the qiuck reply basically what i was doing was tapping out notes in clip view then arranging in session view. i would take an 8 bar clip and drag it out longer in session view, you can just hold your mouse over the clip and get a bracket to drag it out. on one clip i did not have loop turned on. on the other it would drag for awhile and then stop. it is working now though so i will leave well enough alone
