Audio Units Not Showing Up in 5.2

Anyone else having this problem? I've got a macbookpro and installed 5.2. Much to my chagrin, only two of my dozens of audio unit instruments are showing up in the list. A browse search as well a rescan didn't work. The two that are showing up are somehow being linked, i think, to the user/library/audio/preset folder. That is the only place I can find the stock apple AU's anyhow, and those are showing up along with a Zebra2 demo. Everything shows up fine with Live 4 on this same computer. Any ideas on a fix? I tried fresh installing some of the AU's also, but that didn't change anything either.
All responses are appreciated.
Thanks,
Jason

only universal binary AU's will show up.
PPC plugs wont work properly anyway.

and how are you using Live 4 on a MacBook without getting like 200% cpu usage through Rosetta?

Live 4 is unusable. I just installed it to see if the plugs would show. Which they did. Thanks for the prompt responses. I suppose I'm off to hassle NI, Arturia etc. etc.

yea 5.2 is kinda smart. to prevent folks from using plug-ins that will bring Live to its knees via rosetta, it simply hides non-UB plug-ins in the plug-in browser.
