Supatrigga Midi Record Prob

Ive been using supatrigga for the usual FX while im DJ'ing (which is VERY effective btw 
)
Unfortunately, when i record a set and play it back when i get home, it hasnt recorded the repeat on/off correctly for some reason.
It's hard to explain but it seems to draw a diagonal line between the 'off' setting and 'on' setting, which then seems to take in the effect way early and it just sounds rubbish!
It's hard to describe with words so ive done a jpg to explain.
The Top image was taken while i was recording live, the Bottom one was taken as soon as i hit the 'Stop' button in the arrangement view - it automatically draws in diag lines...
Any ideas how to solve this ?
BTW - i'm using a button on my BCR2000 with val1 127 and val2 0 - toggle off
