Lag Problem after 40 Mins of .WAV

Hi there,
I have setup a live set in ableton's 2nd sequencer with wav files for my songs...after 40 mins into my set...the tracks lag once in a while...usualy the kick will lag and play itself twice...or the bass will do that...very weird...my gig is this saturday...I would aapreciate as much help as possible ...Thx!!!
